Because its Easter Sunday this week and also I think there is a event on in Pendle, the club ride will be the following Sunday. 11th April.

 

I am planning on doing the Tri course bike route so we are all familiar with the route and can practice group riding taking turns on the front etc.

 

9:00 Leverhulme park.

Hi all

 

Because of the Horwich Triathlon this weekend the club ride will be on Sunday the 9th May.

 

I wil put the route details up next week.

Hi

Tomorrows club ride will be 9:00 from Leverhulme out to Rochdale, then North through Whitworth towards Bacup, West to Rawtenstall and back to Bury on the A56.

 

Should be slightly shorter than we have previously done though I have not done this one before, there's plenty of scope to add bits if it's really short or we 're all feeling fit.

Hello, am interested in coming along on the monthly bike ride. Not been out on one before - what sort of distance/speed do you go at? (am training up for a return to tri next season after a couple of years off so thought should check to make sure I'll be able to keep up!) Sam
